Across Ohio, primary care practices often have a waitlist for new patients, so establishing care before you need it saves time. For a dental emergency outside office hours, an urgent care center can prescribe antibiotics and pain relief but cannot fix the tooth; a hospital emergency room can treat swelling that affects breathing or swallowing. Was on hold this morning for 30 minutes with no one coming back and saying sorry for the wait. That is ridiculously to long to wait and they also had an attitude as well. If your that miserable and cant answer the phone nicely, then quit and find a new job. My issue was never resolved, I also even called back after hanging up after the 30 minutes and they just let the phone ring. Can't say I'll be back, this is why future health care is going online.

Support staff is not friendly, it is though you are infringing on there time. We waited over 35 minutes before asking why we haven't been seen. Talked to someone at nurses station and their glib answer was doctor was still with another patient. There was 5 people standing around. Why couldn't someone come and tell us the doctor was still with some one else. No sympathy just glib like it was no big deal

I tried scheduling an appointment today and proceeded to be on hold for 35 min while no one from the office wanted to help me. I’m very frustrated right now because I just wanted to have a 2 min conversation to schedule an appointment but never got tended to. The office staff just kept putting me back on hold after the message loop instead of just picking up the phone and checking how they could help me. I don’t have access to the app for scheduling and all the other stuff so o just keep calling waiting for someone to take my call. The medical staff are very nice and dread the day I have to switch insurances and go somewhere else just because I love the NPs there. However the office staff don’t seem to care that you are on hold for prolonged periods of time.

I cannot believe how disgustingly horrible this office has become. I used to recommend them highly. Visit was on 3/13/16 with Brooke Kling. Extreme misdiagnosis. Then refused care when condition severely worsened. Told me to go to the ER as it was ‘too late’ for me now for oral antibiotics ( they refused!!! To give oral antibiotics for a clear infection). office manager Audrey tried saying I wasn’t seen for such as it’s not on my print out but is noted in my online chart. I caught Audrey in 2 blatant lies today before she hung up on me. They did end up calling me in not one but 2 scripts right before closing on 3/16/26 to save their own butt. Audrey, how can they call in scripts for a condition I wasn’t seen for?? They also CALLED THE COPS ON ME - stating ‘erractic behavior’. A total waste of the police departments time as I was no problem to them or a threat to ANYONE! Office manager Courtney & Audrey NEED FIRED ASAP. They both are extremely unprofessional, rude, will not listen to anything other than what they think & will hang up on you. I could write so much more. The ladies who answer the phones ( if they EVER do ) have definitely taken a page out of Audrey & Courtney’s book &

I called to schedule my first appointment after hearing wonderful recommendations about Dr. Emily George from several friends. Unfortunately, my initial interaction with the office has made me reconsider whether this is the right fit for me. While setting up my chart and verifying insurance, the staff member I spoke with was anything but friendly. She came across as irritated, as if my call was an inconvenience. When I needed clarification on a few questions, she was noticeably pushy rather than helpful. She also had difficulty verifying my insurance, despite my providing all the correct information. At the end of the call, I simply asked whether the office sends appointment reminders by call or text. Her response was abrupt, stating that it is the patient’s responsibility to remember appointments. The tone felt scolding and unwelcoming. For a practice that is booking more than six months out, first impressions matter. A more courteous and patient-centered approach — including clear communication about reminders and waitlists — would go a long way in building trust with new patients. I truly hope this feedback is taken constructively, as reputation and referrals are clearly str
